Felony murder has been added to the counts faced by a couple charged in the March 2025 death of a Warren County man.
David Zeb Alexander and Nina Jean Judkins must be rearraigned, according to a Wednesday, July 22, docket before Circuit Court Judge Larry B. Stanley Jr. Prompting a second arraignment was a count of felony murder added by the grand jury to both individuals for allegedly causing the death of Bruce Allen Morton.
Alexander: first-degree murder, felony murder, theft, abuse of a corpse, vandalism and seven counts of tampering with evidence. Judkins: first-degree murder, felony murder, aggravated arson, theft, vandalism, abuse of a corpse and seven counts of tampering with evidence.
