Traffic Court Docket: Sept. 3, 2026

Judge Ryan J. Moore handed down the following sentences on Thursday, Sept 3, during General Sessions Court. He had an eight-page docket.

Dareus Chaz Barnhill must pay $50 and court costs for speeding.

Tristan Lee Brewington must pay $50 and court costs for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Shala Comacho was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. She must pay $150 and court costs and undergo a cognitive behavioral assessment.

Leopoldo Jesus Gutierrez was sentenced to time served and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must pay $350 and court costs, as well as license revoked for one year. He must serve 24 hours of community service and take an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions. He was fined $50 for driving without a license.

Zachary Patrick must serve 48 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must pay $350 and court costs, as well as license revoked for one year. He must serve 24 hours of community service and take an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions. He was fined $50 for driving without a license.

Geovanni Navarrete Ramirez was fined $10 for driving without a license and another $10 for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Mack Thomas was sentenced to 30 days for criminal trespass. He has been banned from Best Value Inn.

Austin Andrew Adams was fined $50 and court costs for driving without a license.

Nathan Jasper Cantrell must serve 45 days for violating probation.

Michael Anthony Christian was sentenced to six days for casual exchange. He must pay a $250 fine and court costs. He must serve 10 days on a capias.

Michael Collins must serve 90 days for community supervision violation. He must pay $100 and court costs.

Kurtis Michael Grubbs was sentenced to 48 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must pay $350 and court costs, perform 24 hours of community service, lose license for one year, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and a cognitive behavioral assessment, among other conditions.

William Hardie Morris Jr. must serve 30 days for violating the terms of his probation. He received a consecutive sentence of 48 hours and six months on probation for driving while license revoked.

Christopher Shelton must serve 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange. He must pay $500 and court costs and attend a cognitive behavioral class. Additionally, he was fined $50 for open container.
