Judge Larry B. Stanley Jr. had a 23-page docket on Wednesday.

Cases resolved:

Robbie A Bates was sentenced to 364 days and eight years on probation for schedule II drugs (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession). Running concurrently with that sentence is 364 days and eight years of probation for methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent) and 364 days and three years of probation for methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent). In all three cases, he was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and court costs.

Thomas Beasley must serve 60 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Hollie Lashea Butcher must serve 60 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation.

Christopher Dale Caldwell was released on time served for violating the terms of his probation.

Bianca Jean Chisam must serve 60 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation.

Timonthy Dewayne Gay must serve 60 days for violating the terms of his probation.

Nolan Scott Hillis must serve 30 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Joshua Lynn Judkins must serve 75 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Dawon Moulton must serve 60 days for violating the terms of his probation.

Deven Stephen Schwartz must serve 120 days for violating the terms of his probation.

Gracie Nicole Self will serve six years on probation for methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent). She must pay $2,000 and court costs. She was on probation at the time of this arrest. Her probation was revoked and she must serve her time. These sentences will run consecutively.

Dustin Sissom was released on time served for violating the terms of his probation.

Vondale Eugene Solomon will spend the remainder of his sentence in jail for violating the terms of probation.

John Dalton Stella must serve 30 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Carrie Rochelle St. John was previously sentenced to serve 90 days in jail. She failed to report to jail and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She must serve an additional 10 days for failure to appear. She was also handed a consecutive 90-day sentence in jail for methamphetamine (possession or casual exchange), as well as pay a $750 fine and court costs.

John E. Strayn was sentenced to time served for violating the terms of probation.

Hannah Michelle Ashburn must serve 60 days in jail for violating the terms of probation.

Macy L. Broom must serve two days and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. She must pay $350 and court costs, 24 hours of community service, and have her license revoked for one year, among other conditions. She was handed a consecutive sentence of 11-29 on probation and must pay $750 for simple possession/casual exchange.

Christopher Wayne Miles was sentenced to six years on probation for possession of schedule II drugs (cocaine). He must pay $2,000, court costs, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. He was handed a concurrent sentence of two years on TDOC probation for possession of schedule II drugs. Running consecutive to those counts is a two-year prison sentence for attempted possession of a weapon by a convicted felon during a drug offense.

Garrett Lee Edmisten must serve 96 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. His license was revoked for one year.
