Spencer liquor store raided

The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office, with support from the District Attorney’s Office, executed a search warrant at Speed Mart Liquors. Extensive investigations into the marketing of illegal Cannabis/THC products, led to the seizure of 538 Cannabis/THC Pre Rolls, 26 THC Vapes containing up to 50 percent THC, and 120 units of the synthetic Kratom substance known as 7-Hydroxymitragynine. This effort takes thousands of dollars of illegal substances out of our community and helps make our community safer. Charges have been brought for Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver these illegal substances. Also seized in this operation was $20,307 in US currency believed to be suspected proceeds from this illegal activity and one 2012 BMX X3 automobile used as the conveyance to further the illegal activity. Speed Mart Liquors is located at 16972 Sate Route 111 in Van Buren.
