Details are limited as to a rope rescue at Rock Island State Park today, July 13. Warren County Way did confirm that one individual became stuck on a ledge in the gorge area of the park. Once freed, the unidentified was able to walk out of the park on his own. He sustained no injury. Along with park rangers, on scene were Rock Island Fire Department, Warren County Sheriff’s Department, Warren County Special Operations Unit, and McMinnville Fire Department.
