Dr Pepper plant to close

A mainstay in McMinnville since 1938, Keurig Dr Pepper has announced that it will not be renewing its lease on the property located at 227 Mountain Street.

“Following a review of our distribution network, Keurig Dr Pepper has decided not to renew the lease for its direct-store-delivery cross-dock facility in McMinnville. Operations at the facility will end on Nov. 6, 2026, and distribution of products for the area will be transitioned to KDP’s existing Knoxville warehouse.

“The closure affects employees in sales operations who work from the facility. The majority of KDP employees associated with McMinnville, including local sales and merchandising employees, will remain employed and continue serving customers in the area.  All of our impacted employees will be given support throughout this transition, including severance packages.

“We do not anticipate an impact to local sales routes, product availability or customer service.”
