Four individuals have been ordered to stay out of Walmart after having their theft cases resolved on Tuesday before Warren County General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore.
Alecia Brimer was handed three 11 months and 29 days probationary sentences for three counts of shoplifting. Those will run concurrently. She must pay restitution and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Hayley Carson was handed 11-29 probation for shoplifting. She must pay restitution and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Candace Danielle Jiggetts was sentenced to 11-29 probation and must serve 48 hours for theft. She must pay restitution and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Shayla Nunez-Lima was sentenced to 11-29 probation for theft, which will run concurrently to two other counts of theft for which she was handed two additional 11-29 probationary sentences. She was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Other cases resolved during the morning arraignment docket and evening trial docket:
Joseph Juan, Ramon Juarez was ordered to serve 30 days for public intoxication.
Jessie Stephen Judkins was ordered to serve 10 days for criminal trespass.
Connie M. Mason was ordered to serve 30 days for violating probation. She was also handed a 30-day sentence for another probation violation. Those sentences will run concurrently.
Parth Patel was sentenced to 11-29 probation and must pay a $1,500 fine for retailer sale of alcohol to minors.
Mack Zachary Thomas was ordered to serve 15 days for criminal trespass.
Joshua Alan Tipton was ordered to serve 30 days for public intoxication.
Thomas Beasley was sentenced to 11-29 probation and must serve 30 days for domestic assault. He must pay a $350 fine and court costs, attend 12 hours of anger management classes and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
Brian Joshua Hess was sentenced to timed served (six days) for driving while license suspended.
Coree Mandell Mooneyham was ordered to serve 30 days for violating probation. That time will run concurrently to 11-29 probation for evading arrest.
