Warren County General Sessions Traffic Court Docket
A man will serve time in jail for resisting law enforcement officers.
On Thursday, June 18, Harley Davidson Smith was sentenced to 15 days by Judge Ryan J. Moore for resist stop, arrest, search. He must also pay court costs.
Also on the docket:
Jody Shawn Brady was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days on probation for possession of methamphetamine. He was ordered to pay $750 and court costs, as well as be drug tested monthly and take a cognitive behavior course.
Macayla Ferrell was sentenced to 11-29 on probation, must serve 48 hours, conduct 24 hours of community service picking up litter, and license suspended for one year for first offense driving under the influence. Additionally, pay fines of $350, court costs, and take a cognitive behavior course.
Tony Dewayne Pack was sentenced to six months’ probation and serve seven days in jail for driving while license revoked, second offense. He must pay a $50 fine and court costs.
David Allen Puckett was sentenced to 45 days for violation of probation.
Diana Rodriguez must pay a $50 fine and pay court costs for driving without a license.
Emanuel Flores Romero must serve nine months in jail and serve an additional six months’ on probation for violation of probation. He was ordered to pay $50 and court cost.
