Traffic Court Docket: Aug. 13, 2026

Warren County General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore had a lengthy Traffic Court Docket on Thursday morning.

Cases resolved:

Cameron Taylor Smith was handed an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence for leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage. He must also attend a cognitive behavioral course.

Heather L. Titus must pay a $50 fine and court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

William Darrell Tobitt must pay a $50 fine and court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Jose Vega was sentenced to six months’ probation and must serve 48 hours in jail for driving while license revoked. That revocation was due to driving under the influence.

Justin Williams was sentenced to 10 days in jail for criminal contempt. He must pay a $50 fine and court cost.

Patrick Lavillie Keyes must serve 48 hours and six months on probation for driving while license suspended. He was ordered to pay $50 and court costs.

Ezequiel Chavez Martinez was sentenced to six months’ probation for reckless driving. He was fined $10 for speeding, $50 and court costs for driving without a license, and $10 for possessing an open container.

Hunter Brent Matthews was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violation of probation. He can be furloughed to a long-term rehab, minimum of 90 days.

Yatzeli Monserrat Orozcopuga was sentenced to 11-29 probation for reckless endangerment with a vehicle. They must also conduct 24 hours of community service, pay $350 and court costs, and attend a cognitive behavioral course.

Zackery Walker must serve 90 days for simple possession (methamphetamine). He was ordered to pay $750 and court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and attend a cognitive behavioral course.
