Warren County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that left a home riddled with damage.
Details are limited at this time, but Warren County Way learned from a creditable source that the home is on Smartt Station Road. During the nighttime hours on Monday, a ring doorbell video footage captured a vehicle pulling up and at least one individual was seen attempting to stay out of camera view as they came close to the residence and opened fire.
The home is a rental, and a single occupant was home at the time. They were uninjured.
When contacted, the sheriff’s department declined to provide information due to the ongoing investigation.
