She’s a little goofy, says staff at Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Phoebe is approximately 4 months old. While an exact breed is unknown, they believe she’s a Dachshund mix. She’s good on a leash and loves long walks and jogging. Phoebe is gentle with children, shows no signs of aggression, and loves car rides.
