“Jennifer Flatt told Main Street McMinnville board the city of McMinnville would cover the cost of the matching grant not raised by MSM,” said Chastain. “The city of McMinnville never agreed to these terms. Seven months later, the fall concert series was cancelled for lack of funding.”
