Judge Bratten Cook had a lengthy docket on Tuesday, July 21. Of those before the court, seven had their cases resolved:
Steffen Matthew Brady was sentenced to 11-months, 29-days for vandalism. He will be allowed to furlough after 30 days. On a count of theft, he was handed a 11/29 on probation and must pay restitution of $265.40.
Marlin Ray Pinkard was sentenced to 11/29 probation and must serve 90 days in jail for vandalism. He must pay $265.40 in restitution with Steffen Brady. On a count of theft, he was sentenced to 11/29 and to serve 90 days. Those sentences will run concurrently. Pinkard was handed a consecutive sentence of 11/29 and ordered to pay $300 in restitution for vandalism.
Natasha Jade Burks Ferrell had her community control revoked for violating the terms of her probation. She must serve the remainder of her sentence. She was also sentenced to 11/29 and must serve 60 days for attempt to hinder secured creditor. Those sentences will run concurrently.
Rickey Fox was sentenced to 15 days for criminal trespassing. He must pay a $50 fine and court costs.
Anthony Ray Ribble was ordered to serve 30 days for criminal trespass and ordered to stay out of Planet Fitness. He was handed a concurrent sentence of 60 days for resisting stop, arrest, search.
Mack Zachary Thomas was ordered to serve 30 days for criminal trespass.
