Two individuals were sentenced to 10 days in jail each for contempt by General Sessions Court Judge Ryan J. Moore.
First, James Lee Pedigo was sentenced to serve 48 hours for driving while license suspended. He was ordered to pay $50 and court costs. Additionally, he was handed a 10-day sentence for contempt.
Second, Tenerra McCormick will serve 11-29 on probation and pay a $50 fine for failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving injury. She was also sentenced to 10 days for contempt.
Cases resolved on Thursday:
Corey Lee Jones must serve 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange. He must pay $250 and court costs and undergo a cognitive behavioral assessment.
Maria V. Reyes Lara must pay $50 and court costs for driving without a license, pay a $50 fine for violating the state’s financial responsibility law and a $50 fine for failure to exercise due care.
Richardo Solano must pay $50 and court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.
Coty Kaleookalani Tate must pay $100 and court costs for failing to exercise due care and driving without a license.
Ismael Tun must pay $60 and court costs for driving without a license and violating the state’s financial responsibility law.
Linda Sandate Deleon was sentenced to 11-29 for evading arrest and qualified for judicial diversion. She was handed a consecutive sentence of 11-29 for reckless endangerment and qualified for judicial diversion.
Natelie Mae Kaufman will serve 10 days for contempt of court. She was handed a $60 fine for driving without a license and display of registration plates.
Timothy G. McPeak will serve six months on probation, pay $100 and court costs for resisting stop, arrest or search.
