General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore has relatively short arraignment and trial dockets on Tuesday, those being three pages each.
Criminal Court Trial Docket cases resolved:
Donald Edward Madewell was sentenced to 60 days for violating the terms of his probation.
Ashley Rochon was sentenced to 15 days and 11-29 on probation for domestic assault. She is prohibited from possessing firearms, among other conditions.
Jacob R. Rochon was sentenced to 30 days and 11-29 on probation for domestic assault. He is prohibited from possessing firearms, among other conditions. Additionally, he was handed a consecutive sentence of 30 days in jail and 11-29 on probation for violating the terms of his probation.
Tia Wilson-King will serve 11-29 on probation for theft of merchandise. She was ordered to pay restitution and stay out of Walmart.
William Ramsey Womack was sentenced to six months on probation for resisting (stop, arrest, search). He was handed a concurrent sentence of 11-29 on probation and fined $50 for possession of a handgun while under the influence.
On the Criminal Court Arraignment Docket, one case was resolved. Terrence Phillips was sentenced to 30 days for violating the terms of probation.
