Warren County General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore raised the bond amount for a man who stands accused of aggravated assault, among other charges.
Jonathan Casey Smith’s bond amount was increased to $100,000 on Tuesday. Along with aggravated assault, he’s accused of assault on a first responder, reckless endangerment (deadly weapon involved), and contraband in a penal facility.
Trial court docket cases resolved:
Pacey Dain Ballew was allowed to enter a 90-day second chance program for harassment. He must pay $129 and court costs.
Charles William Moore was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for theft. He must pay court costs and take all classes.
Mack Thomas must serve 30 days for criminal trespass. He was ordered to stay away from Orchard View Apartments.
Paul Jensen Williamson must serve 10 days for a probation violation.
Arraignment docket cases resolved:
Kadeem Martin was fined $50 for speeding and must pay court costs.
Sophia Isabelle Tovar was taken into custody during court for violating the terms of her probation. She received a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, a case that was reset until Sept. 1.
Amanda Doreen Chaple was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for theft of merchandise. She was ordered to pay restitution, fined $300, must pay court costs, and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Heather Fults was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for theft of merchandise. She was ordered to pay restitution, fined $200, must pay court costs, and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.
Joseph Tyler Green was handed a 30-day probationary sentence for criminal trespass. He was ordered to stay away from all Walmart properties.
Christopher Doyle Leverett must serve 30 days for public intoxication. He was fined $50 and must pay court costs.
Blake Douglas Williams was handed a 30-day probationary sentence for smoking vapor product sales to minors. He was fined $50 and must pay court costs. Once those are paid, probation can be unsupervised.
