The Magness Library will host Art Connections Café on Friday, Nov. 6, from 3-5:00 p.m., inviting the community to celebrate the creativity, artistic talent, and accomplishments of local high school-aged students.
The free event will showcase magnificent pieces of artwork created by talented young artists from the McMinnville and Warren County area. In addition to the art display, guests can enjoy karaoke, light snacks, and beverages in a welcoming atmosphere designed to bring young people and the community together through art, music, and fellowship.
Art Connections Café is an opportunity to recognize the remarkable abilities of local students while encouraging them to share their talents and connect with others. The event celebrates the importance of providing young people with opportunities to express themselves, develop their skills, and contribute to the cultural life of their community.
The gathering builds on the Magness Library Teen Advisory Board's efforts to create engaging experiences that bring young people together and strengthen community connections.
Community members, families, friends, and supporters of the arts are encouraged to attend, view the students' artwork, enjoy the entertainment, and show their support for the next generation of local artists.
The message behind Art Connections Café is simple: local talent deserves to be celebrated, and young people deserve opportunities to shine.
There will be karaoke, as well as light snacks and beverages. For more information, contact Bonnie Collier, Teen Advisory Board Sponsor with Magness Public Library, at 931-473-2428.
