Warren County General Sessions - June 16
Aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer netted a woman 30 days in jail and a year on probation.
Ina Nicole Kramer was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days on community control and must serve 30 days in jail, a sentence handed down by Judge Ryan J. Moore. She must pay court costs, complete TN Rocks and must undergo a mental health examination within 30 days of release. For a count of resisting, she was handed six months or probation, but that time will run concurrently. An escape charge was dismissed.

Donald Edward Madewell was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for three counts of assault (threat of bodily injury) and must serve 17 days in jail. He was also sentenced to 11-29 for vandalism, with that time to run concurrently. He must pay $500 in restitution to Durham School Services, complete 12 hours of anger management classes, and was ordered to stay away from Warren County School property and have no contact with the victim.
Gary Brandon Myers was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for assault. He must complete 12 hours of anger management classes and undergo a mental health exam, as well as an alcohol and drug assessment. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Matthew Thomas Allen was sentenced to 30 days for a probation violation.
Caitlyn Sue Davis was sentenced to 11-29 on probation and ordered to pay $69.39 in restitution for theft of merchandise. She was also banned from Walmart and must pay court costs.
Seth Greene was sentenced to 11-29 on probation and must serve 30 days in jail for domestic assault, as well as a concurrent sentence of 11-29 and 30 days for false imprisonment. He must complete 12 hours of anger management classes, pay court costs, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
