Warren County General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore had a light trial docket today, as far as cases being resolved.
Junior Dale Brewer II was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days for possession of methamphetamine. He must pay $750 and court costs.
Desiree Morales was ordered to pay $100 restitution and court costs for allowing a dog to run at large.
Preston D. Pleasant was sentenced to 11-29 probation for domestic assault. He must, among other requirements, must serve 30 days in jail, take 12 hours of anger management classes, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and have no further contact with the victim.
Alonzo Boren was ordered to serve 30 days for public intoxication, pay $50 and all court costs.
Angel D. Liggins was sentenced to six months of probation for driving while license suspected (second offense). Additionally, they must serve six days in jail, pay $50 and all court costs. In a second case, the judge ordered Liggins to pay $50 for violating the state’s financial liability law.
Wesley Brown was sentenced to 48 hours for driving without a license.
