Traffic stop, drug bust

On August 7, 2026, a Warren County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on Rock

Island Road after observing a traffic violation involving a vehicle driven by Tierra Paige

Brown of White County.

During the traffic stop, the deputy observed a clear baggie containing a white substance

inside the vehicle. A subsequent investigation led to the discovery of approximately 11

grams of a substance believed to be fentanyl, 5 grams of methamphetamine, more than

150 pills believed to be a muscle relaxant, drug paraphernalia, and more than $1,400 in

cash.

Brown and her two passengers, Nikkie Simmons and David Arthur Elliott, both of White

County, were subsequently charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine,

Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Legend

Drug Without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brown and Elliott were arrested and transported to the Warren County Jail. Simmons

was transported to the hospital for a medical condition unrelated to the traffic stop and

will appear in court at a later date.

Brown and Elliott are scheduled to appear in Warren County General Sessions Court for

arraignment on Thursday, August 13.

The investigation remains ongoing, and the substances seized will be submitted for

further testing.
