General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore resolved 11 cases on Thursday.

Jose Antonio Anaya will serve 11-29 on probation for prohibited alcoholic beverage under age 21. He was ordered to pay $50 and court costs. He must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and take a cognitive behavioral course within 30 days. He was fined $30 for not wearing a seat belt.

Sarah Renee Melillie Collins was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange. She must pay $250, court costs, and undergo a cognitive behavioral course. She was handed a concurrent sentence of 11-29 on probation for possession of paraphernalia. She was fined $50.

Erik Alejandro Moreno was sentenced to time served for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. He must pay $150 and court costs. Additionally, he was fined $50 for driving without a license and $50 for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Dontavius Quartez Warren was sentenced to six days in jail and must pay $50 and court costs for driving without a license. He was also fined $10 for vehicle registration.

Facundo R. Acosta Carillo was sentenced to 60 days for violating the terms of probation. He was handed a consecutive sentence of five days in jail and six months on probation for driving while license revoked. He must pay $50 and court costs.

Benjiamin Kenner Martin was sentenced to 60 days for violating the terms of his probation. He was handed a consecutive sentence of 30 days and 11-29 on probation for possession or casual exchange (methamphetamine). He must pay $750, court costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and take a cognitive behavioral course.

Veronica D. Martin was sentenced to 30 days and had her probation extended by six months for violating the terms of probation.

Brandon Allen Pendergrass was sentenced to 30 days and 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange. He must pay $750 and court costs, among other conditions. Concurrent sentences: on a second charge of simple possession/casual exchange, he was handed 30 days in jail, 11-29 on probation and fined $750. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, he was given 30 days in jail, 11-29 on probation and fined $150.

Max Delmar Quick was sentenced to 30 days for violating the terms of probation.

Timothy Leon Summers must serve 48 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must pay $350 and court costs, lose license for one year, perform 24 hours of community service, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions.

James Walker was sentenced to time served for violating the terms of probation. He was handed an additional six months on probation.
