General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore handed down a 60-day sentence for second offense driving under the influence on Thursday.

Dana Wood was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 11-29 on probation for second offense DUI. Additionally, Wood was fined $600, must pay court costs, license revoked for two years, and conduct 24 hours of community service. Running consecutively will be five days in jail and six months on probation for driving while license revoked. Running concurrently will be 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange.

Roman Brody Cantrell must pay $50 and court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Bristol Ray Curtis must pay $250 and court costs for simple possession/casual exchange, as well as $150 for possession of paraphernalia.

Jose Luis Morales Domingo must serve 48 hours in jail and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must conduct 24 hours of community service, lose driver’s license for one year and attend DUI education classes.

William Jackson was sentenced to time served (six days) for possession of drug paraphernalia. He must also pay $150.

Collin Kemmer was sentenced to time served (four days) and six months on probation for criminal impersonation. He must also pay $50 and court costs. Running concurrently will be a sentence of six months on probation and a $50 fine for driving while license suspended.

Yesenia Mirafuentes was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. Conduct 24 hours of community service, lose driver’s license for one year and attend DUI education classes. Mirafuentes was fined $50 for driving without a license.

Jesus Silvestre Santos was sentenced to 45 days and 11-29 on probation for second offense DUI. He was fined $600, must pay court costs, conduct 24 hours of community service, lose license for two years, among other conditions. Running concurrently will be a sentence of 48 hours and six months on probation for driving while license revoked.

Caleb Blake West will serve 48 hours in jail and six months on probation for driving while license revoked, due to a conviction of DUI. He must pay $50 and court costs. He was fined $25 for operation of a motorcycle on laned roadways.

Keldrick Jerome Cox was sentenced to 30 days for violating the terms of probation.

Londy Vasquez Cruz must serve 37 days and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must pay a $1,350 fine, court costs, lose license for one year, take alcohol and drug classes, among other conditions. For a charge of offensive touching, Cruz was handed a concurrent sentence of six months on probation. He must take 12 hours of anger management, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and was fined $225 and court costs.

Jarred Freeland will serve 30 days and 11-29 on probation for harassment. He was ordered to take anger management classes, undergo a cognitive behavioral course, take an alcohol and drug assessment and pay court costs.

Dalton Ray Harriman was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for harassment. He must conduct 12 hours of anger management, undergo a cognitive behavioral course, take an alcohol and drug assessment, and must have no further contact with the victim.

John Wayne Jones will serve 45 days and 11-29 on probation for second offense DUI. He will lose license for two years, take alcohol and drug classes, undertake an alcohol and drug assessment, and perform 24 hours of community service. He must pay $600 and court costs.

Matthew Scott Lewis must serve nine months in jail for violating the terms of probation. He was given credit for time served.

Brandon Marcum will serve 11-29 on probation for stalking. He must pay court costs and undergo a cognitive behavioral course. Running consecutively will be a sentence of 11-29 on probation for harassment. He must pay court costs.

Hector M. Guzman Ornelas was sentenced to nine months for violating the terms of probation.

Christopher Rogers was sentenced to 60 days and 11-29 on probation for methamphetamine (possession or casual exchange). He must pay $750 and court costs, take an alcohol and drug assessment and undergo a cognitive behavioral course. Running concurrently was two sentences of 60 days and 11-29 on probation for two counts of attempted casual exchange of a schedule VI drug.

Paul Ross will serve 30 days for violating the terms of probation.

Julia Smith was sentenced to time served (18 days) for violating the terms of probation. Running consecutively will be a sentence of 48 hours and six months on probation for driving while license revoked. She must pay $50 and court costs. Additionally, she was fined $25 for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Brandon L. Tallent must serve 30 days for public intoxication. He was fined $50 and court costs.
