General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore had a lengthy docket on Thursday. While most were reset, the following individuals had their cases resolved.
Ashley Nicole Jensen must pay $50 plus court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.
Robert Dewayne Moore must pay $50 plus court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.
Alvaro Tadeo was sentenced to time served for driving while license suspended. He must serve six months on community control. That time will run concurrently with a second six-months probationary period for driving while license suspended and a third six-months probationary period for leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.
Jacob Trussell was fined $50 plus court costs for speeding, 45 in a 65-miles-per-hour zone. He was also fined $50 for not wearing a seatbelt.
Austin Warren must pay $50 plus court costs for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.
Lorenso Reyes Hernandez had his community control revoked for violating probationary terms and must serve the remainder of his sentence. After release, he will be reinstated to probation for a second violation of probation. Running consecutively is an 11-months, 29-days probationary sentence for “inhale, possess intoxicants for unlawful purposes.”
Justin Lee Hill Jr. was sentenced to 30 days for driving while license suspended. He must pay $50 plus court costs.
Justin Dewayne Jennings was sentenced to time served for possession of drug paraphernalia. He must pay $150 plus court costs.
Sierra Nielson was sentenced to 30 days for a violation of probation. After serving that time, she will be reinstated to probation.
James A. Odineal must serve four months for a violation of probation.
Joshua Kevin Stewart must serve 48 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offence driving under the influence. He will lose his driver’s license for one year, must pay $350 plus court costs, and perform 24 hours of community service.
Jason Ryan Walker had his community control revoked for violating probation. He must serve the remainder of his sentence.
Nathaniel G. Wanner was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and 11-29 probation for possession of methamphetamine. He must pay $750 plus court costs.
Kenneth Wayne Wyatt must serve 48 hours and 11-29 on probation for first offence driving under the influence. He will lose his driver’s license for one year and must pay $350 plus court costs.
William K. Rutledge must serve 48 hours and six months on probation for driving on suspended license. He must pay $50 plus court costs. That time will run consecutively to a sentence of 10 days on a capias warrant.
