Warren County General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore handed down a 50-day jail sentence on Thursday for a second offense driving under the influence.

Kasey Lynn Estes was sentenced to 50 days in jail and 11-29 probation for second offense DUI. Also ordered was driver’s license revoked one year, fine of $600, court costs, DUI classes and a cognitive behavioral course, among other conditions. That sentence will run concurrently to an 11-29 probationary sentence for simple possession.

Other cases resolved:

William Zachary Cook was sentenced to time served for possession of drug paraphernalia. He must pay $150, plus court costs, and take a cognitive behavioral class.

Pedro Alvarez Lopez was sentenced to time served and six months of probation for resisting arrest. He must pay court costs. He was fined $10 for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Jereel Marsh was fined $10 for violating the state’s registration law and $50, plus court costs, for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Henry Hernandez Pascual was sentenced to 48 hours and six months of probation for driving while license revoked.

Magdalena Valenciana was fined $50, plus court costs, for driving without a license and fined $10 for speeding.

Heather Clark was sentenced to six months for violating the terms of her probation.

Bailey Lashay Farr was sentenced to four days, six months on probation and must pay a $50 fine for second offense driving while license suspended. She was fined $10 for speeding.

Donna M. Hendrickson must serve four days and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. She must pay $350 and court costs, conduct 24 hours of community service, license revoked one year, take DUI classes, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions.

Kurt Lusk must serve six days and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must conduct 24 hours community service, pay $350 and court costs, license revoked one year, take DUI classes, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions.

Thelma Jean Pendergrast was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for reckless endangerment. She must pay $350 and court costs, conduct 24 hours community service and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. She was given a concurrent sentence of 11-29 probation and a $250 fine for simple possession.

Joshua D. Pulliam must serve four days and 11-29 on probation for first offense DUI. He must conduct 24 hours community service, pay $350 and court costs, license revoked one year, take DUI classes, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, among other conditions.

Steven Lamont Waller must serve 30 days for violating the terms of his probation. He was handed a concurrent sentence of 11-29 on probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.  He must pay $150 and court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, take a cognitive behavioral course, and pay $400 restitution within 60 days.
