A man charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder has a trial date set for July 15, 2027. That date was set by Circuit Court Judge Larry B. Stanley Jr. on Wednesday.

Bobby Ray Graves was arrested in February of 2025 following a violent incident in Rock Island involving two women, Jennifer Campos and Brittany Austin.

According to Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Graves and the two women had driven to Knoxville, where Graves allegedly provided a ride to a man. After returning to Warren County, an altercation occurred, leaving both women injured. While Campos had a laceration to her throat, Austin had a laceration to her shoulder.

Graves left the scene, but he was later apprehended in White County after allegedly cutting his own throat before being caught.

Authorities indicated that drugs may have played a role in the events.

Among the cases resolved:

Elijah Fults was sentenced to two years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) for evading arrest with risk of death or injury (vehicle involved). That time will run consecutively to 150 days to serve for assault with threat of bodily injury, 150 days to serve for vandalism, and 150 days to serve for assault with bodily injury.

Kyleigh Shanae Brady must serve five concurrent sentences of 364 days in jail and eight-years TDOC probation for possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession). She must pay a fine of $2,000 and court costs, among other conditions.

Hunter Ray Murphy must serve 210 days and 8 years on TDOC probation for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. That time will run concurrently to a 210-day sentence and two years on TDOC probation for evading arrest. He must pay a fine of $2,000 and court costs, among other conditions.

Scottie Smith must serve two concurrent sentences of 210 days in jail and 8 years on TDOC probation for two counts of possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession).

Andrew Mason Bond was sentenced to two consecutive 11-29 probationary sentences for evading arrest and driving while license suspended (second offense). He must pay court costs and a $50 fine. He was also sentenced to serve 2 days for second offense driving while license suspended and 11-29 on probation for domestic assault. All sentences will run consecutively.

Natasha Jade Johnson Ferrell was sentenced to eight years TDOC probation for possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession). She must pay $2,000 and court costs.

Louie Fleisher was sentenced to serve 180 days and three years of TDOC probation for possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession). He was sentenced to 180 days and three years TDOC probation for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He was given 180 days and eight years on TDOC probation for a second charge of possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession). All those sentences will run concurrently.

Michael Vincent Lance was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Jonathan Blake Myers was sentenced to three years TDOC probation and must serve 120 at 100 percent for aggravated assault (domestic). Additionally, he was sentenced to 30 days, 11-29 probation and pay restitution for two counts of vandalism, six months on probation for trespass, 30 days and 11-29 probation for preventing 911 call, and 45 days for violating the terms of his probation. He must take 12 hours of anger management classes, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment, pay $1,100 and court costs, among other conditions.

Marlin Ray Pinkard was sentenced to 30 days and two years of TDOC probation for burglary. He must pay restitution.

Justin Ryan Redmore entered a best interest plea on charges domestic assault and aggravated burglary of a habitation. Collectively, he was sentenced to serve six months in jail,11-29 on probation, 12 hours anger management, court costs, fined $500, must surrender firearms, and have no contact with the victim.

Michael Alvarado was sentenced to four years TDOC probation for aggravated assault, an amended charge. He must pay court costs and have no contact with the victim. He was eligible for judicial diversion: if he completes the terms of his parole without incident, his record can be expunged.

Demetria Rufina Leath was sentenced to six years TDOC probation for facilitation of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent). They must pay $2,000 and court costs.

Darlene Reed was sentenced to three years TDOC probation for possession of schedule II drugs. She must pay $2,000 and court costs. That sentence will run concurrently to a second sentence of three years TDOC probation for possession of schedule II drugs.

Kristyn Ali Spangler was sentenced to 30 days and 11-29 on probation for possession of methamphetamine (manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent). That time will run consecutively to 11-29 on probation for simple possession/casual exchange.

She was ordered to pay $750 and court costs for each count.

Tyler Edmon Stamps was sentenced to 11-29 on probation for possession of methamphetamine (possession or casual exchange). He was ordered to pay $750 and court costs.

Tony D. Walls was fine $50 for driving without a license. He was also fined $50 for violating the state’s financial responsibility law.

Jacob Aaron Brewer will be placed on the Elder Abuse Registry. He was sentenced to 270 days and six years TDOC probation for aggravated burglary of a habitation. He was handed 270 days and two years TDOC probation for forgery,  270 days and two years TDOC probation for financial exploitation, 270 days and four years TDOC probation for forgery, 270 days and two years of probation for financial exploitation of an elderly or vulnerable person, and 270 days and six years of probation for financial exploitation of an elderly or vulnerable adult. All counts are to run concurrently.
