A man involved in a single motor vehicle crash yesterday on Yager Road has been charged with DUI.
John W. Jones, 63, was traveling southbound in a right-hand curve and crossed the center line then off the left shoulder. His vehicle continued into a tree and overturned. It landed on its top.
He was transported by Warren County EMS to Ascension Saint Thomas River Park for treatment of injuries and was later arrested and charged with DUI, due care and expired registration.
