General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore closed 19 cases on Tuesday.

Criminal Court Arraignment Docket cases resolved:

Kenneth D. King was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on probation for theft. He was ordered to pay restitution, court costs and was banned from Walmart.

Kyra Moore was sentenced to six days for three counts of compulsory school attendance. She must pay $50 and court costs.

Don Carlos Perry was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and six months or probation for driving while license suspended. He must pay $50 and court costs. He was handed a consecutive sentence of 10 days for a capias warrant. He must pay $50 and court costs.

Joey Gage Roach was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail for violating the terms of probation. He will receive credit for any time served.

Daythan Shackleford was sentenced to seven days in jail and 11-29 probation for shoplifting. He was ordered to pay restitution, pay court costs, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and stay out of Scott’s Market.

Deanne Marie Vance will spend 11-29 on probation for shoplifting. She was ordered to pay restitution, pay court costs, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and stay out of Walmart.

Criminal Court Trial Docket cases resolved:

Dylan James Brown will serve 90 days in jail for attempted sexual offender registration form violation. He must pay $350 and court costs.

David Lee Caswell Jr. was sentenced to 90 days in jail for methamphetamine (possess or casual exchange). He must pay $750 and court costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. A consecutive sentence of 11-29 on probation was handed down for attempted child abuse/neglect/endangerment.

Gary Corn will serve 11-29 on probation for theft. He was ordered to pay restitution, a $75 fine and court costs.

Rickey Christopher Fox will serve 45 days in jail and 11-29 on probation for harassment. He was ordered to pay court costs, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and have no further contact with the victim.

Colton Kulesza will serve 11-29 on probation for offensive touching. He must undergo 12 hours of anger management, an alcohol and drug assessment, surrender firearms and pay a $225 fine and court costs. Running concurrently will be a sentence of 11-29 on probation for knowingly violating the terms of conditional release.

Natalie Lovell will serve six months on probation for offensive touching. She must undergo 12 hours of anger management, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, surrender firearms and pay a $225 fine and court costs. Running concurrently will be a sentence of 11-29 on probation for knowingly violating the terms of conditional release.

Willie D. Mosby will serve the remainder of his sentence, nine months, for a probation violation. He was given credit for time served.

Amanda Murray will serve 48 hours in jail and 11-29 on probation for theft. She was ordered to pay restitution and court costs and undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and is banned from Walmart.

Ruth Obrian will serve 11-29 on probation for shoplifting. She was ordered to pay restitution and court costs, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and is banned from Walmart.

Zachary Patrick was fined $50 and court costs for youth tobacco, smoking hemp and vapor products act (18-21).

Cayden Patterson was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and 11-29 on probation for domestic assault. He must take 12 hours of anger management classes, undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment and alcohol and drug assessment, surrender firearms, pay $225 and court costs, and have no further contact with the victim. Running consecutive will be a sentence of 48 hours in jail and 11-29 on probation for assault with bodily injury.

Bethany Tennera Roberts was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 11-29 on probation for methamphetamine (possess or casual exchange). She must pay $750 and court costs and undergo a cognitive behavioral health assessment. Running consecutive will be a sentence of 11-29 on probation for attempted child abuse/neglect/endangerment.

Corey Scott Thompson was sentenced to time served (34 days) for two counts of violating the terms of probation.
