Mitchell Lee Corso, 60, stood before General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore today and plead guilty to an amended charge of attempted violation of the state’s sex offender registry. The charges of assault with physical contact and aggravated criminal trespass were dismissed. He was handed an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and was ordered to stay out of McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center and away from its employees. He must pay a $350 fine and court costs.
