Wholesale Property Co. LLC is offering the city of McMinnville $875,000 for 109 Magness Drive, the old Pacesetters building, a sale through Foster & Foster Realty.
The city purchased the estimated 17,200 square foot building in 2021 while acquiring the building’s right-of-way for a TDOT Industrial Access Project. It sits on the corner of Magness Drive and the bypass. The city purchased the property for approximately $375,000. An appraisal put its worth at $1.5 million.
The offer will be considered on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. during the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Alderman’s regular session.
