McMinnville Young Professionals announces new leadership

McMINNVILLE, Tenn. — The McMinnville Young Professionals selected its new leadership team during its monthly meeting, ushering in a new year of service, networking, and community engagement.

Board members nominated and approved the organization’s officers, who will help guide the group through the upcoming year.

The newly elected leadership team includes:

President: Michael Benusches
Vice President: Kelly Slaughter
Treasurer: Aaron Jones
Secretary: Lucas Patterson
Chamber Liaison: Dayron Deaton-Owens

The new officers bring a variety of professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to strengthening connections among young professionals throughout Warren County while supporting community involvement and local economic growth.

McMinnville Young Professionals serves as a networking and leadership organization that encourages personal and professional development while providing opportunities for members to become more engaged in the community through events, volunteerism, and collaboration with local businesses and organizations.

With a new leadership team in place, board members expressed excitement about the future and the opportunities ahead.

The organization is expected to continue hosting networking events, community service projects, and professional development opportunities designed to help cultivate the next generation of leaders in McMinnville and Warren County.
