Scrappy is a beautiful blue-eyed mutt. He’s 3 years old and staff at Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center say he’s sassy, tolerant of other dogs, a little awkward, but very sweet. If you can offer a loving home, the facility is located at 169 Paws Trail in McMinnville and can be reached at 931-507-3647.
